Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Items must be free from damage, wear, or installation attempts.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund amounts exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Items that have been installed, damaged, or modified cannot be returned. Installation services are not eligible for return once work has been completed.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs for defective items.
